Description

Makes samples of corrugated plastic box, makes sample and do small production instead of hand cutting or die cutting, save labor, die cut mould cost. Corrugated plastic cutter is designed to make folding line, so we developed V cut tool to make 45degree cut to make folding lines and carton box.

1. Strong vacuum – holds the material down securely to the cutting bed. With all grinding aluminum plate cutting table, can achieve precision of 0.02mm
2. Schneider servo motors – drive the X and Y axis movements giving powerful and accurate results.
3. Differential pressure – on the X or Y axis helps to reduce liner split on materials with a high recycled content.
4. The Laser registration system – allows the user to place materials accurately on to the cutting area and to register print.
5. An Infra red safety system – protects the operator.
6. Two Interchangeable tools whole sets head design – convenient to change cutting
7. Four spindles high speed controller – Modularizing installing, convenient for maintenance
8. Easy to Set Parameters – Different materials could be processed just after the cutting thickness and cutting speed are set well.
