Description
Built according to customer specifications and based on the chosen pallet packaging Ø1500mm for the outer contour or 1650, 1800, or 2600mm or as requested. In principle, we can build on any pallet wrapper. Installation costs can be quoted upon request.
Capacity up to 2000 kg.
The equipment consists of:
• Frame on which the wrapper is placed.
• Foundation frame for the Ø1500 pallet wrapper, maintaining the contour of the pallet packaging with free space for actual floor placement and concrete work and the mold.
• 4 weighing sensors, each with a capacity of 2 tonnes.
• Junction box.
• Indicator instrument.
• Necessary cables.
Delivered as a single unit. Freight is always an additional cost.
Exclusive installation, which can be separately quoted upon request.
The installation process involves breaking the existing floor unless a new construction is in place. Subsequently, the foundation frame is set up, leveled, and the necessary concrete work is carried out, along with securing the floor surface. After the concrete has cured, the frame and balance system can be installed, followed by the pallet wrap. Testing and handover will be conducted afterward.
